Carefully place the Material on the glue, arranging them in a pattern or design that enhances your frame. Let the material dry completely.

Glitter Glue Details:

Use glitter glue to add accents around the quote or on the sequins/Mirror for extra sparkle.

You can outline is dry, set up your new lamp and enjoy the glow!
